What You Need to Know About Being a Delivery Driver
One of the best parts of this job is that you do not need a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to become an Amazon Delivery Driver with us. If you have a valid driver’s license and are at least 21 years old, you are already well on your way to a new career. We provide all the necessary training to get you up to speed. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a positive attitude, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. No prior delivery experience is necessary—we will teach you everything you need to know.
A typical day starts at our Mendota Heights station where you will load your van with pre-sorted packages. We use state-of-the-art logistics technology to provide you with the most efficient route possible. From there, you’ll head out to your assigned area to deliver packages to homes and businesses. This is an active job that involves driving, walking, and carrying packages. Our routes are designed to be manageable, ensuring you can complete your deliveries on time.
